Program Goals

  • Engage in hands-on biomedical research projects

  • Work side-by-side with graduate students and senior researchers

  • Learn college-level biomedical lab techniques

  • Learn to write research reports and present research findings

Time Schedule

  • Duration: 3 Weeks

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Stage I

  • Occupational safety training

  • Lab equipment training

  • Research proposal writing

  • Lab technique training (PCR/Western Blot) I

  • Research presentation I

Stage II

  • Lab technique training (PCR/Western Blot) II

  • Research presentation II

  • Lab technique review

  • Research paper writing

  • Internship evaluation

*The intern demonstrating exceptional research abilities and potential will be listed as a co-author of a research paper for an international conference or journal.
